Promenaduppv\u00e4rmning. <\/p>\n<p>Sjukgymnastikprogrammet och n\u00e5gra andra \u00f6vningar med hantlar.<br \/>\nEn \u00f6vning kunde jag inte g\u00f6ra med n\u00e5gon vikt alls s\u00e5 ond \u00e4r den d\u00e4r axeln. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6rde 5 Kg p\u00e5 h\u00f6ger arm och 3 p\u00e5 v\u00e4nster. K\u00e4nner att jag \u00e4r galet obalanserad i kroppen. Inte konstigt jag sparkar som en kr\u00e5ka med v\u00e4nstern.<br \/>\nLustigt nog \u00e4r det alltid h\u00f6ger sida som jag har mest ont i som kiropraktorn kn\u00e4cker mest. Aprop\u00e5 det s\u00e5 kn\u00e4cktes det p\u00e5 alla de vanliga st\u00e4llena ig\u00e5r + under foten och stort\u00e5n:)<br \/>\nHon ser mkt skr\u00e4md ut n\u00e4r jag s\u00e4ger att jag sl\u00e5r den r\u00e4tt n\u00e4r den l\u00e5ser sig. Men det funkar ju! <\/p>\n<p>Plankan klarade jag bara ca 15 sekunder utan att vilja l\u00e4gga \u00f6ver p\u00e5 h\u00f6ger. Viktigast var tydligen att g\u00f6ra \u00f6vningen s\u00e5 j\u00e4mnt f\u00f6rdelat med kroppen som m\u00f6jligt. Hellre d\u00e5 att jag k\u00f6r kortare tid och g\u00f6r om det igen. Vilket betyder att jag fick g\u00f6ra dubbelt s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga plankor som jag ville. Men inget fusk h\u00e4r inte. Nu skall armen bli kanoners. Det h\u00e4r med sjukgymnastik \u00e4r en som en tidig julklapp till mig sj\u00e4lv fr\u00e5n n\u00e5gon sn\u00e4ll som vill att jag skall bli krallig:)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>10 min bandet p\u00e5 6an.
