H\u00f6ger fot har jag trampat p\u00e5 ett glas och skurit av n\u00e5gra senor fram till t\u00e5rna och skar samtidigt upp mellan t\u00e5rna. Vet inte riktigt om jag gjorde r\u00e4tt. F\u00e5r fr\u00e5ga Mr Kettlebell. <\/p>\n<p>Med sjukgymnastik menar jag detta: <\/p>\n<p>Plankan med vikten lika f\u00f6rdelat p\u00e5 b\u00e5da armarna. 3x 1 min.<br \/>\nKlara fortfarande inte en hel minut utan att l\u00e4gga \u00f6ver. M\u00e5let \u00e4r absolut 1 min. Nu ligger jag p\u00e5 Max 40 sek. B\u00e4ttre \u00e4n f\u00f6rra g\u00e5ngen d\u00e5 jag tror jag inte klarade s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt. Jag klarar ju l\u00e4ngre om jag f\u00e5r st\u00e5 p\u00e5 en arm och vila v\u00e4nstern p\u00e5 ryggen men nu g\u00e4ller det inget fusk. <\/p>\n<p>Och detta:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jill\/files\/2012\/12\/20121225-203949.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jill\/files\/2012\/12\/20121225-203949.jpg\" alt=\"20121225-203949.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Str\u00e4ckte mig innanf\u00f6r nyckelbenet n\u00e4r jag skulle g\u00f6ra \u00f6vningen med skivst\u00e5ngen. Hmm g\u00f6tt att Tant f\u00e5r r\u00f6ra lite p\u00e5 sig efter tonvis av julmat med massvis av mj\u00f6lkprotein Yammie!!!<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jill\/files\/2012\/12\/20121225-204530.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/jill\/files\/2012\/12\/20121225-204530.jpg\" alt=\"20121225-204530.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4mnade b\u00e5de handskar och benskydd hemma s\u00e5 jag inte skulle bli alldeles f\u00f6r sugen om det var n\u00e5gon p\u00e5 plats \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nSparkade lite p\u00e5 s\u00e4cken och ljumskarna och h\u00f6fterna \u00e4r s\u00e5\u00e5 bra.<br \/>\nTestade mina nya gymkl\u00e4der. De \u00e4r way to short f\u00f6r mina gropl\u00e5r.
