Kan man f\u00f6rprogramera det? <\/p>\n<p>Samma program f\u00f6r axeln och styrkan som f\u00f6rra g\u00e5ngen. Kul n\u00e4r jag kan det och inte beh\u00f6ver kolla lappen. <\/p>\n<p>Mellan \u00f6vningarna s\u00e5 sl\u00e4nger jag in 30 st situps. H\u00f6ger, rak, v\u00e4nster, rak osv. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4nns att jag \u00e4r i urd\u00e5lig form. Har inte ont n\u00e5gonstans haha. <\/p>\n<p>Avslutar med den d\u00e4r cykeln som man liksom sitter lite bak\u00e5t p\u00e5. Inte taggtr\u00e5d som innan.
