Mits.<br \/>\n\u00d6vning 2 dubbel v\u00e4nster spark, kn\u00e4, kn\u00e4. <\/p>\n<p>Soft sparring, partnerbyte, lite tuffare tag, partnerbyte, Tommy \u00e5 jag sparring!!! \u00c5hh s\u00e5 kul. Fick stryk s\u00e5klart men l\u00e4r mig nya grejer varje g\u00e5ng. <\/p>\n<p>Avslutade med fys.<br \/>\nHopprep<br \/>\nLyfta en s\u00e4ck p\u00e5 nacken och g\u00f6ra Benb\u00f6j<br \/>\nPlankan<br \/>\nKn\u00e4a s\u00e4cken<br \/>\nSitups<br \/>\nArmh\u00e4vningar jag gjorde kissande hunden. <\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4kla g\u00f6tt pass. R\u00e4kor med aioli hade ox\u00e5 vart toppen.
