Det \u00e4r verkligen skillnad att hoppa med de bl\u00e5 hopprepet.<br \/>\nTre ronder Skuggboxning.<br \/>\nF\u00f6rsta ronden boxning.<br \/>\nAndra sparkar och kn\u00e4n.<br \/>\nTredje b\u00e5de sparkar och slag. <\/p>\n<p>Var helt risig under uppv\u00e4rmningen.<br \/>\nMen sedan blev jag tvungen att best\u00e4mma mig. Som genom ett trollslag blev h\u00f6fterna och ljumskarna mjuka som sm\u00e5 kattungar. <\/p>\n<p>Efter uppv\u00e4rmningen k\u00f6rde vi 3&#215;2 min matchmitsar.<br \/>\nS\u00e5 kul!!! Jag jobbade p\u00e5 armen vid sparkarna. Garden vid kroppsslag. Jag \u00e4r tyv\u00e4rr \u00f6ppen som Fifthy Shades of Grey hos alla bruttor p\u00e5 Fejjan. <\/p>\n<p>Efter mittsarna k\u00f6rde vi pingpong. F\u00f6rst 5 tekniker var med sparkar osv. Sedan 3 tekniker.
