Charmigt. <\/p>\n<p>Det blev br\u00f6st och axlar idag. Bland annat detta:<br \/>\nB\u00e4nkpress 50 st s\u00e5 fort jag kan<br \/>\nSedan 20st extra<br \/>\nHantelpress 30st<br \/>\nAxelpress&#8230; H\u00e4r dog mobilen och mina armar. Gjorde n\u00e5gra andra maskiner ox\u00e5. N\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng, m\u00e5ndag tror jag, s\u00e5 blir det marklyft och benb\u00f6j.
