Hungrig som en varg. Idag var det helt klart v\u00e4rt det att \u00e5ka in till G\u00f6tet och tr\u00e4na. K\u00f6rde med en tjej som heter Emma. Or\u00e4dd och strykt\u00e5lig. Tv\u00e5 fina egenskaper:) <\/p>\n<p>Hoppade rep i 20 min, cyklade f\u00f6rsiktigt i 20 min f\u00f6r att v\u00e4rma upp kn\u00e4t. Gjorde situps med pinne och det g\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre och b\u00e4ttre. Det blev ox\u00e5 en gedigen stretching f\u00f6r att Tants h\u00f6fter skall mjukna. <\/p>\n<p>Sedan b\u00f6rjade passet.<br \/>\nHopprep med olika variationer som uppv\u00e4rmning.<br \/>\nSkuggboxning, kommer inte ih\u00e5g hur m\u00e5nga ronder men det var 3 min ronder.<br \/>\nSen var det ronder med jabb. N\u00e5gra med cross, l\u00e5ng krok (som jag inte riktigt v\u00e5gar med axeln), kroppsslag osv.
