Den tredje p\u00e5 13. Den fj\u00e4rde p\u00e5 12 och det \u00e4nda jag kunde t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 den sista g\u00e5ngen var: ge inte upp och f\u00e5 ned lite luft i de d\u00e4r lungorna. Beh\u00f6ver definitivt \u00f6va mer intervaller. <\/p>\n<p>Vila 30 min.<br \/>\nStretcha. <\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r hade jag kollat fel. Hade bara 10 min tillgodo. Hann inte ens \u00e4ta mina mandlar:) <\/p>\n<p>1,5 h Thaiboxning.<br \/>\nG\u00f6tt!!! <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6vade sparkar, fintar osv.<br \/>\nHar bokat in en krismassage p\u00e5 Tisdag och just nu \u00e4r jag f\u00f6rlamad av ont ont ont.<br \/>\nAvslutade passet med 20 h\u00f6gersparkar 20 v\u00e4nstersparkar x 4 i par p\u00e5 s\u00e4cken. De som inte var p\u00e5 s\u00e4cken gjorde Situps. <\/p>\n<p>4 kassa grejer fr\u00e5n idag:<br \/>\n\u2022 2 nedkissade bindor med byte p\u00e5 passet. Gahhh kniiip.<br \/>\n\u2022 Rollade klinchnacken med Linnex. Svettades som en gres p\u00e5 bandet, som sig b\u00f6r, torkade nacken under vilan. Torkade sedan ansiktet. Ja ni fattar&#8230;<br \/>\n\u2022 Ni vet att Thaiboxning \u00e4r farligt?! H\u00e4r kommer ett fint exempel p\u00e5 det: Rakade bikinilinjen efter tr\u00e4ningen. Sm\u00f6rjade sedan in ljumskarna med Voltaren. Whata??? Har jag f\u00e5tt f\u00f6r mkt slag i huvudet?<br \/>\n\u2022 Ny kille p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningen.
