Sj\u00e4lv \u00e4r jag glad att det &#8221;bara&#8221; var luft:) <\/p>\n<p>Idag tr\u00e4nade vi p\u00e5 blocka och parera? sparkar mot kropp och huvud.<br \/>\nMkt kroppsslag.<br \/>\nAvslutade med fys som var jobbig f\u00f6r vaderna. Hade jag kunnat g\u00f6ra chins och dra upp benen s\u00e5 hade varit jobbigt f\u00f6r andra kroppsdelar ox\u00e5. F\u00f6rs\u00f6kte g\u00f6ra samma \u00f6vning fast som Pullups. Klent!<br \/>\nGjorde armh\u00e4vningar idag och det gick bra.
