D\u00e5 k\u00e4nde jag att jag var redo att v\u00e4ga det jag n\u00e4stan v\u00e4gt hela mitt vuxna liv: 55-57 kg. Jag antar att det hela tiden varit min m\u00e5lvikt.<br \/>\nJag f\u00e5r mycket fr\u00e5gor hur jag gick tillv\u00e4ga osv f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 ned i vikt och komma i form.<br \/>\nH\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra fr\u00e5gor och svar: <\/p>\n<p>Vilka hj\u00e4lpmedel anv\u00e4nde du?<br \/>\nShapeUp, hush\u00e5llsv\u00e5g till maten, en vanlig v\u00e5g fr\u00e5n IKEA till mig och m\u00e5ttband. <\/p>\n<p>Hur best\u00e4mde du m\u00e5lvikt?<br \/>\nSom jag skrev innan s\u00e5 antog jag att det var mellan 55-57 kg eftersom det \u00e4r det jag v\u00e4gt innan. Om jag alltid hade varit st\u00f6rre s\u00e5 f\u00e5r man kanske g\u00e5 efter vad man vill v\u00e4ga, vad som \u00e4r realistiskt  och vad som \u00e4r sunt. Jag vill ju inte bli biffig. Jag vill f\u00e5 muskler och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra fl\u00e5set. <\/p>\n<p>Hur mycket har du g\u00e5tt ned nu?<br \/>\nFr\u00e5n 70-70 kg till 57-58 kg.<br \/>\nLite plutmage \u00e4r kvar. S\u00e5 den och l\u00e5ren f\u00e5r jag jobba med.
