L\u00e5ter inte s\u00e5 jobbigt om man inte vet att de sl\u00e5r av mina t\u00e5r om jag missar. Det g\u00e4ller att hoppa h\u00f6g f\u00f6r jag vill inte g\u00e4rna tr\u00e4na utan t\u00e5r.<br \/>\nVi fortsatte med fria mitsar och olika tekniker. Det var j\u00e4tteroligt.<br \/>\nAvslutade med  monsterjobbig fys.  J\u00e4klar vad det tog p\u00e5 benen.<br \/>\nSex kn\u00e4b\u00f6j, fyra armh\u00e4vningar, sex situps och fyra burpees. Upprepades efter varandra i en kvart. Efter det var det fyra hundra hopp med hopprepet, femtio situps, femtio utfall och femtio burpees. Jag k\u00f6rde inte burpees utan ersatte med f\u00f6rst situps och sedan kn\u00e4b\u00f6j. Riktigt jobbigt \u00e4nd\u00e5!
