K\u00f6rde p\u00e5 lite blandat. <\/p>\n<p>\u00c4gnar 4 ronder \u00e5t att missa s\u00e4cken med v\u00e4nster efter en skip och snurrar runt och sl\u00e5r antigen armb\u00e5ge eller h\u00f6gern p\u00e5 s\u00e4cken. <\/p>\n<p>Glad att jag kan g\u00f6ra en v\u00e4nsterspark utan armen men \u00e4nd\u00e5 ha kvar balansen. Men det ligger inte s\u00e5 mkt styrka i dem \u00e4nnu. <\/p>\n<p>Vila. <\/p>\n<p>Resten av ronderna 3st var blandade boxning och sparkar. <\/p>\n<p>Lite tr\u00f6tt s\u00e5 det blir inte mycket mer idag.
