Riktigt bra gick det!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>K\u00f6rde 3 set kabel drag , 3 set liggande kabel drag och 3 set med hantlar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Nu p\u00e5 samma g\u00e5ng t\u00e4nkte jag tipsa om ett fiberpulver som jag alltid blandar ut i min proteinshake efter tr\u00e4ningen.Om man anser att man inte f\u00e5r i sig tillr\u00e4ckligt med fibrer fr\u00e5n gr\u00f6nsaker och frukt s\u00e5 \u00e4r detta j\u00e4ttebra, det \u00e4r inte smaksatt s\u00e5 det g\u00e5r att blanda i mat, shakes eller vad man k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r. Dessutom lovar det en \u00f6kad fettf\u00f6rbr\u00e4nning, minskat midjem\u00e5tt, b\u00e4ttre tarmh\u00e4lsa och b\u00e4ttre blodfetter.
