F\u00f6rsta 30 min g\u00e5r bra men sedan kommer den d\u00e4r hemska hungerk\u00e4nslan som man f\u00e5r n\u00e4r man inte \u00e4tit p\u00e5 m\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5nga timmar. Ibland \u00e4r det jobbigt att k\u00f6ra 1 timmes cardio p\u00e5 tom mage \ud83d\ude42 Men laddade upp men en <strong>enorm <\/strong>frukost n\u00e4r jag kom hem, bla gr\u00f6t, proteinsmoothie, kaffe, kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d med keso och \u00e4gg, och frukt. Och bara en timme senare bj\u00f6d mamma mig p\u00e5 Lunch p\u00e5 Havtorn inne i stan.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>T\u00e4nkte att jag bara skulle ta en sallad,haha &#8221;bara&#8221; t\u00e4nkte jag och f\u00e5r en stor j\u00e4vla sk\u00e5l med sallad,kyckling,\u00e4gg mm. Men mums vad gott det var.
