Vi b\u00f6rjade med ett armpass p\u00e5 morgonen f\u00f6r att sedan \u00e5ka hem och ladda batterierna med proteinpannkakor och annat gott f\u00f6r att sedan \u00e5ka tillbaka och slakta benen!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/johnnyvilhelmsson\/files\/2013\/03\/20130329-232716.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/johnnyvilhelmsson\/files\/2013\/03\/20130329-232716.jpg\" alt=\"20130329-232716.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nArmpasset b\u00f6rjade helt okej, men det sp\u00e5rade totalt.. Alltid varit r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r skaderisken, men en vis man sa till mig idag att om man bata har r\u00e4tt teknik s\u00e5 \u00e4r det lugnt, lyssna alltid p\u00e5 Felix! <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/johnnyvilhelmsson\/files\/2013\/03\/20130329-233128.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/johnnyvilhelmsson\/files\/2013\/03\/20130329-233128.jpg\" alt=\"20130329-233128.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nNog f\u00f6r att han lastade p\u00e5 mer vikt \u00e4n mig s\u00e5 k\u00e4ndes det j\u00e4vligt bra att g\u00f6ra det!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/johnnyvilhelmsson\/files\/2013\/03\/20130329-233250.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/johnnyvilhelmsson\/files\/2013\/03\/20130329-233250.jpg\" alt=\"20130329-233250.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nEfter detta var det dags f\u00f6r lunch, proteinpannkakor.. Med extra protein med protein. Hela satsen inneh\u00e5ller 200g protein. S\u00e5 vi fick en del protte i oss! Detta var dock svinigt gott, l\u00e5ngt \u00f6ver f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntnigarna n\u00e4r det inneh\u00f6ll 30 \u00e4ggvitor och 12 \u00e4ggulor. Erk\u00e4nner dock att vi fick en del assistans utav Felix mor d\u00e5 vi bevisligen inte \u00e4r kockar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/johnnyvilhelmsson\/files\/2013\/03\/20130329-233551.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/johnnyvilhelmsson\/files\/2013\/03\/20130329-233551.jpg\" alt=\"20130329-233551.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nProteinkoma, Simpsons, powerbars och Celsius och sedan iv\u00e4g till gymmet igen! Det viktiga i denna \u00f6vning \u00e4r att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka koppla bort ryggen, blunda och f\u00e5 kontakt med baksidan i huvudet och k\u00e4nns hur muskeln jobbar, skit i vikten!
