Det jag h\u00e5ller mig borta ifr\u00e5n \u00e4r saker som godis, l\u00e4sk, alkohol, chips, pizza etc. Jag har ju inte strypt intaget p\u00e5 br\u00f6d och dylikt.<\/p>\n<p>Senast jag \u00e5t en riktig sockerbomb var den 29e december p\u00e5 min f\u00f6delsedag. D\u00e5 k\u00f6pte mina grabbar en bra massa ingridienser vilket resulterade i en brutal t\u00e5rta! H\u00e4r nedan kommer en bild p\u00e5 hur det ser ut nu. Hoppas det \u00e4r okej, \u00e4r det inte okej s\u00e5 har vi faktiskt inte s\u00e5 mycket att tala om! <\/p>\n<p>Ska se hur l\u00e4nge man faktiskt kan klara sig, n\u00e4r v\u00e4l abstinensen sl\u00e5r till blir det s\u00e5 mycket oh\u00e4lsosamt att man knappt vet vad man h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 med.
