Vilket bara har negativa f\u00f6ljder. Jag brukar g\u00f6ra detta om jag f\u00e5r riktigt br\u00e5ttom p\u00e5 morgonen. Det blir precis som en omelett men g\u00e5r sjukt mycket snabbre.
