D\u00e5 \u00e5kte jag direkt till gymmet, v\u00e4l d\u00e4r tr\u00e4ffade jag Viktor. Vi snackade lite och b\u00f6rjade passet tillsammans, men d\u00e5 vi hade helt olika pass gick vi skilda v\u00e4gar! <\/p>\n<p>Idag var det dags f\u00f6r veckans \u00e4lskade mag-benpass! B\u00f6rjade sj\u00e4lvklart med klassiska squats. Var meningen att jag skulle k\u00f6ra vanliga set fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan, men av n\u00e5gon anledning blev det ist\u00e4llet som ett pyramidset p\u00e5 ca 6-8 reps. B\u00f6rjade p\u00e5 60kg, s\u00e5 setten gick som f\u00f6jlande 60-80-90-100-90-80-60. Detta var inte s\u00e5 genomt\u00e4nkt d\u00e5 jag hade sjukt mycket \u00f6vningar.
