Jag kan s\u00e4ga att jag redan k\u00e4nner hur ont jag kommer ha imorgon, men det \u00e4r inget att gr\u00e5ta \u00f6ver! Jag \u00e4lskar k\u00e4nslan av tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk, d\u00e5 \u00e4r man s\u00e4ker p\u00e5 att man gjort n\u00e5gon nytta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag k\u00f6r enligt ett 5-splitt hypertrofi schema d\u00e4r jag har ett helt galet uppl\u00e4gg p\u00e5 just benpasset. Men det \u00e4r n\u00e5got i min hj\u00e4rna som g\u00f6r att efter jag har avslutat ett lyckat genomf\u00f6rt pass enligt schemat s\u00e5 m\u00e5ste jag l\u00e4gga in 2-3 extra \u00f6vningar. Jag  har som m\u00e5l att det ska k\u00e4nnas dagen efter, d\u00e4rav alla extra set.
