Dock har resultat inte varit vad jag \u00f6nskat p.g.a. skador\/brist p\u00e5 motivation etc.<\/p>\n<p>Men denna g\u00e5ngen kommer inget stoppa mig, har tagit hj\u00e4lp av den k\u00e4nda svenske personlige tr\u00e4naren Axon. Jag ans\u00f6kte till hans <a href=\"http:\/\/axonblogg.se\/category\/axon-after-beach-2013\/\">after beach 2013<\/a> och fick en av 25 online platser. Kommer under 4 m\u00e5nader f\u00e5 personligt kost \u00a0och tr\u00e4ningsschema av honom, samt vilka kosttillskott jag ska \u00e4ta. Jag kommer under dessa 4 m\u00e5nader, men \u00e4ven forts\u00e4tta efter att bygga muskler som h\u00f6gsta prio, men utan att l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 mig massa fett. S\u00e5 de kommer vara blandat styrketr\u00e4ning med konditionstr\u00e4ning, mer om detta senare.<\/p>\n<p>Har nu skickat in alla papper som beh\u00f6vs, s\u00e5 v\u00e4ntar bara p\u00e5 att f\u00e5 \u00a0kost\/tr\u00e4nings schemorna och start har jag satt till m\u00e5ndagen den 19:e.
