Mycket har h\u00e4nt i veckan och ser fram emot \u00e4nnu en vecka med full fart! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>I fredags var jag p\u00e5 Body Combat efter jobbet och j\u00f6sses vad jobbigt det var! Jobbigt, men sjukt <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">skoj<\/span> ska jag s\u00e4ga. Min kropp har varit i chock denna helg efter 75 minuters combaten. Ont i var enda muskel! S\u00e5 g\u00e5r det n\u00e4r man \u00e4r van att endast styrketr\u00e4na p\u00e5 Body Pump \ud83d\ude1b I forts\u00e4ttningen blir det 2 st pump-pass per vecka och minst 1 st comat-pass i veckan. Resten k\u00f6r jag l\u00f6pning, minst 2 dagar per vecka. Sen ska ju till\u00e4ggas att jag g\u00e5r <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">minst<\/span> till\/fr\u00e5n jobbet (40 min enkel v\u00e4g) varje dag.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 l\u00f6rdagen m\u00f6tte jag syster f\u00f6r en lunch\/fika och lite shopping \ud83d\ude42 K\u00f6pte en j\u00e4ttefin marinbl\u00e5 v\u00e5r jacka!
