Med skavs\u00e5r p\u00e5 h\u00e4larna efter f\u00f6rmiddagens powerwalk gick de f\u00f6rsta tv\u00e5 km k\u00e4ndes r\u00e4tt okej, men sedan var resterande 6 km rena rama pl\u00e5gan! S\u00e4kert fem g\u00e5nger var jag p\u00e5v\u00e4g att ge upp, men tur att jag \u00e4r tjurigare \u00e4n s\u00e5 \ud83d\ude42 Orken i benen var helt okej, men mitt fl\u00e5s har verkligen blivit s\u00e4mre. Har bokat in lite spinning den kommande veckan, f\u00f6r att testa kondisen lite. Kanske p\u00e5 s\u00f6ndag , om det blir bra v\u00e4der. Eller bara det inte regnar!
