Powerwalk 45 min och 55 min BodyPump har gjort mina muskler som spaghetti just nu \ud83d\ude42 Hade ju grym tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i rumpan och l\u00e5ren efter fredagens pump. Det k\u00e4ndes dock bra n\u00e4r man v\u00e4rmt upp och \u00e4r &#8221;inne i&#8221; \u00f6vningarna.<\/p>\n<p>Nu har jag f\u00e5tt i mig en proteindrink och lite kyckling. Blev lite sen middag, men blir ju s\u00e5 n\u00e4r man tr\u00e4nar sent. Dock s\u00e5 \u00e4ter jag lite mer p\u00e5 dagen n\u00e4r jag tr\u00e4nar senare, s\u00e5 stoppar jag i mig lite mindre efter tr\u00e4ningen.
