Visst&#8230; tappar jag n\u00e5t kilo, s\u00e5 g\u00f6r inte det n\u00e5got ;), men fr\u00e4msta orsaken \u00e4r att jag m\u00e5r v\u00e4ldigt d\u00e5ligt (tyv\u00e4rr!) av vissa produkter. Fr\u00e5n och med idag s\u00e5 slutar jag \u00e4ta kolhydrater som alla spannm\u00e5l (havre, korn, vete, r\u00e5g, majs osv), n\u00f6tter likas\u00e5. Funkar det bra s\u00e5 forts\u00e4tter jag. D\u00e5 jag \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt van att \u00e4ta pasta, s\u00e5 kommer det, speciellt nu i b\u00f6rjan att vara riktigt sv\u00e5rt! Matkontot kommer ju bli lite st\u00f6rre, men f\u00f6rhoppningsvis \u00e4r det v\u00e4rt de extra slantarna, om jag m\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre.
