Man slipper stressa, tr\u00e4ngas i omkl\u00e4dningsrummet och riskera att vissa vikter tagit slut. Nu f\u00e5r jag v\u00e4lja en bra plats och plocka fram allt i lugn o ro. K\u00e4nde mig stark idag och \u00f6kade lite i vikt i benb\u00f6j. Det \u00e4r ju nytt program nu och d\u00e5 brukar det alltid kunna k\u00e4nnas lite tyngre de f\u00f6rsta 2-3 g\u00e5ngerna. K\u00f6rde vikterna 2&#215;11 kg i benb\u00f6j och tror jag ska \u00f6ka till 2&#215;15 kg om jag k\u00e4nner mig stark n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng dvs p\u00e5 fredag. Kan nog \u00f6ka \u00e4ven p\u00e5 triceps till 2&#215;7,5, d\u00e5 den l\u00e5ten var kortare \u00e4n f\u00f6rra. Skoj!<br \/>\nHar bra med energi \u00e4ven nu efter tr\u00e4ningen s\u00e5 fick bli en powerwalk hem. Men j\u00e4klar vad kallt det var n\u00e4r solen f\u00f6rsvunnit. En m\u00f6ssa hade suttit fint!<\/p>\n<p>Imorgon har jag skola 12-20, men jag har l\u00e4kartid kl 13, s\u00e5 blir inte s\u00e5 mkt skola imorgon. \u00c4r salongis denna veckan s\u00e5 blir inga bahandlingar \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Idag innan tr\u00e4ningen hade jag grym energi.
