K\u00e4nde av i kn\u00e4t ganska snabbt s\u00e5 det blev bara 4,31 km p\u00e5 27 min idag. K\u00e4nde av sm\u00e4rtan n\u00e4r jag tr\u00e4nade Piloxing i tisdags, speciellt i sidor\u00f6relserna. Kanske m\u00e5ste skippa piloxingen n\u00e5gra veckor f\u00f6r att se om det blir b\u00e4ttre. Mitt v\u00e4nstra kn\u00e4 har jag absolut inga problem med l\u00e4ngre, s\u00e5 n\u00e5got positivt fick jag fram under dagens l\u00f6pning. N\u00e4sta l\u00f6rdag har jag bokat in Yoga. Ska bli sp\u00e4nnande! F\u00f6rut har jag haft s\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r avslappning och jag blir snabbt rastl\u00f6s.
