G\u00f6r ju mest samma saker dagarna i enda. Jobb&#8230;tr\u00e4ning&#8230;jobb&#8230;tr\u00e4ning osv Idag var jag extra duktig och gick till SATS \u00e4ven p\u00e5 lunchen. Perfekt m 1 h lunch nu n\u00e4r ett nytt center \u00f6ppnat &#8221;granne&#8221; m jobbet. Hinner k\u00f6ra hela 40-45 min. En bonus med att tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 lunchen \u00e4r att dagen g\u00e5r ruskigt snabbt. L\u00e4ngtar sjukt mkt tills d blir ljusare\/varmare ute, f\u00f6r d\u00e5 blir det tr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 morgonen ox\u00e5. Pepp!<br \/>\nEfter ett h\u00e5rt(!) pass Body Pump ikv\u00e4ll s\u00e5 stupade jag i s\u00e4ng efter duschen typ halv tio. hehe L\u00e4ngesen man la sig s\u00e5 tidigt.<\/p>\n<p>Imorgon blir det lunch tr\u00e4ning igen och &#8221;endast&#8221; en powerwalk p\u00e5 eftermiddagen. Beh\u00f6ver lite vila efter att ha tr\u00e4nat mina ben h\u00e5rt de senaste dagarna.
