Minst 1 dags vila (vila=promenad). Huvudsaken \u00e4r att jag f\u00e5r &#8221;aktivera&#8221; mig iaf en g\u00e5ng per dag. Det g\u00e4ller ju att g\u00f6ra av med fler kalorier \u00e4n man f\u00e5r i sig.<br \/>\nJag \u00e4r inte ute efter att v\u00e4ga s\u00e5 lite jag kan, utan ha en frisk och h\u00e4lsosam kropp. Man f\u00e5r inte gl\u00f6mma att muskler v\u00e4ger mer \u00e4n fett, s\u00e5 man b\u00f6r inte slaviskt f\u00f6lja v\u00e5gen.
