Kan inte s\u00e4ga att det var speciellt sk\u00f6nt, men precis som jag ville ha det. Mass\u00f6ren p\u00e5 jobbet fick kn\u00e5da ut alla knutar jag hade mellan skuldrorna. Nu \u00e4r jag som ny igen!<\/p>\n<p>Efter jobbet s\u00e5 blev det powerwalk hem f\u00f6r att byta om till tr\u00e4ningskl\u00e4der och iv\u00e4g igen p\u00e5 powerwalk till SATS Hornstull f\u00f6r 55 min Body Pump. Oj oj va tufft pass det var! Fick bendarr halvv\u00e4gs genom benb\u00f6jen och biceps-l\u00e5ten var inte att leka med. Perfekt! Hem blev det powerwalk igen, s\u00e5 idag har jag powerwalkat ca 1 h + 45 min. T\u00e4nkte promenera till och fr\u00e5n jobbet imorgon med. F\u00f6r att p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen k\u00f6ra l\u00f6pning + Body Balance. L\u00e5ter bra va?!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Nu beh\u00f6ver jag min sk\u00f6nhetss\u00f6mn.
