Men n\u00e4r jag tr\u00e4nade gick det v\u00e4ldigt bra \u00e4ven jag inte hade n\u00e5gon motivation, k\u00e4nner faktiskt s\u00e5 att om man g\u00e5r efter motivationen kommer man inget vart. F\u00f6r ens motivation g\u00e5r upp och ner hela tiden &amp; om man d\u00e5 har en d\u00e5lig motivation en vecka s\u00e5 betyder de ju att d\u00e5 tr\u00e4nar man lite &amp; det \u00e4r drygt. Medans om man har en bra tr\u00e4nar man mycket &amp; det \u00e4r kul men man vill ju alltid tr\u00e4na mycket (eller jag iallafall) och allts\u00e5 liksom fuck motivation, hihi inte sv\u00e4ra. N\u00e4 men man m\u00e5ste liksom pumpa \u00a0&amp; dra sig till gymmet (eller var man nu tr\u00e4nar)och skita i den motivationen och liksom just do it. S\u00e5 mitt tips \u00e4r liksom JUST DO IT! om ni nu t\u00e4nker efter st\u00e5r det s\u00e5 p\u00e5 vissa av nikes kl\u00e4der &amp; tycker det \u00e4r bra man skaffar liksom den d\u00e4r feelingen att jag vill tr\u00e4na n\u00e4r man h\u00f6r det.
