Alesha Dixon was the ultimate red carpet glamazon on Monday when she arrived at Britain’s Got Talent’s opening auditions.<\/p>\n

She posed up a storm in a structured black dress<\/strong>, which followed the narrow lines of her petite frame and just teased enough leg to maintain her air of sophistication.<\/p>\n

The 36-year-old mum of one followed the red, white and blue carpet into Edinburgh’s Festival Theatre with perfect poise, bar a few moments of hilarity.<\/p>\n

Alesha’s infectious spirit was on show when she let slip a few wide smiles and her characteristic giggle in front of the Scottish fans who lined the streets.<\/p>\n

Walking into the venue, Alesha tried to keep her high-rise split in place, which hinted at her toned physique beneath.<\/p>\n

She capped off a subtly patterned black dress<\/a> with gold accessories and added a contrast with a hot pink lipstick that framed her wide smile.<\/p>\n

Sporting a sleek, long-hair look with a touch of ombre, the singer-turned-TV-personality wore her locks behind her shoulders to leave her d\u00e9colletage exposed.<\/p>\n

Alesha became a mum in October 2013 and has therefore only spent one series away from her adorable daughter Azura Sienna, who she welcomed with boyfriend Azuka Ononye.<\/p>\n

The beauty isn’t the only one to become a parent, as Simon Cowell had only just become a father on 2014’s show and David Walliams welcomed his first child in 2013.<\/p>\n

Amanda Holden became a mother for the second time in January 2012 and the competition positioned itself as ’The Mummy and Daddy of all talent shows’ last year.<\/p>\n

Former Misteeq bandmember has been cautious about offering glimpses at daughter Azura in the last year, but she’s made it obvious that she’s having a wonderful time wrapped up in motherhood.<\/p>\n

Sharing a picture to her Instagram three days ago, Alesha said she was ’So in love…’ as she tenderly kissed her baby’s head.<\/p>\n

Alesha and her daughter appeared to be visiting an underwater attraction, with Alesha dressed in holiday clothes before she boarded Simon’s private jet for Scotland on Sunday night.<\/p>\n

The four-piece panel will work their way through the country until they reach London for the first auditions.<\/p>\n
