Inte fler \u00f6vningar \u00e4n vanligt, men jag lyxar till det lite med att inte beh\u00f6va &#8221;stressa mig igenom&#8221; passet eftersom jobb och annat ligger framf\u00f6r, nu kan jag njuuuuta av den d\u00e4r biceps curlen.<\/p>\n<p>Det ultimata s\u00e4ttet att br\u00e4nna fett enl mig \u00e4r h\u00f6gintensiv tr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 gym, ingen vila ingen ro. Pang p\u00e5.
