Eller taggad och taggad..slutar halv fem, inte s\u00e5 kul.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r n\u00e5gra veckor sen best\u00e4mde jag mig f\u00f6r att b\u00f6rja tr\u00e4na lite varje morgon och hittls har det g\u00e5tt j\u00e4ttebra, jag tr\u00e4nar allt fr\u00e5n <strong>10-20 min<\/strong> varje morgon (om jag inte f\u00f6rsover mig). Nu pratar jag inte om n\u00e5gon <em>hardcore tr\u00e4ning<\/em> utan allting fr\u00e5n att <em>snurra rockring, ligga p\u00e5 pilatesbollen, squats, olika mag\u00f6vningar p\u00e5 golvet<\/em> osv.
