I smoothies, gr\u00f6t och pudding! Testade att g\u00f6ra chiapudding h\u00e4r om dagen, blev riktigt gott! Hade dock i lite f\u00f6r mycket mj\u00f6lk, s\u00e5 konsistensen blev inte den b\u00e4sta. Men det \u00e4r smaken som r\u00e4knas ;).<br \/>\nNi som inte v\u00e5gat testa chia \u00e4nnu, f\u00e5r ta och g\u00f6ra det! Det smakar knappt n\u00e5gonting men \u00e4r en riktig h\u00e4lsobomb! Speciellt f\u00f6r mig, d\u00e5 jag \u00e4r allergisk mot fisk. Chiafr\u00f6n inneh\u00e5ller mycket Omega-3, vilket jag har en stor brist av. Dessutom inneh\u00e5ller de massa proteiner, mineraler och fiber.
