K\u00e4nns som att det st\u00e5r lite still p\u00e5 b\u00e5da delarna. Har f\u00e5tt min personliga tr\u00e4nare inom SW-en s\u00e5 jag hoppas p\u00e5 att det drar ig\u00e5ng ordentligt strax. Beh\u00f6ver lite nytt fokus och id\u00e9er.<\/p>\n<p>Men idag har varit vila. Sk\u00f6nt f\u00f6r kroppen att f\u00e5 slappna av lite och bara vara. Samt har b\u00f6rjat diet nu f\u00f6r lite roliga resultat!
