Detta kan Omega-3 bromsa.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r \u00e4ven bra f\u00f6r synen bla.<br \/>\noch hj\u00e4lper dig dessutom att bygga upp ett b\u00e4ttre immunf\u00f6rsvar.<br \/>\nEtt b\u00e4ttre immunf\u00f6rsvar kan faktiskt g\u00f6ra att du som tr\u00e4nar f\u00e5r mindre tr\u00e4ningsverk eftersom kroppen l\u00e4ttare kan\u00a0<span style=\"color: #040404\">bek\u00e4mpa inflammatoriska tillst\u00e5nd som uppst\u00e5r vid tr\u00e4ning.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 var petig med dina omega 3.<\/p>\n<p>Och \u00e4r du nu vegan eller bara fisk\/skaldjurs allergiker s\u00e5 vet du nu att det finns vegetabiliska alternativ.<\/p>\n<p>sj\u00e4lv kommer jag satsa p\u00e5 linfr\u00f6n, solrosfr\u00f6n och valn\u00f6tter till en b\u00f6rjan.<br \/>\nLinfr\u00f6n och solrosfr\u00f6n \u00e4r gott att mixa ner i din havregrynsgr\u00f6t p\u00e5 morgone..
