( jag hatar egentligen nudlar, s\u00e5 lustigt hur det kan bli.) Har dessutom varit d\u00f6dligt s\u00f6tsugen idag&#8230; s\u00e5 best\u00e4mde mig f\u00f6r att sl\u00e4nga ihop lite kv\u00e4llsgott som man kan \u00e4ta med lite b\u00e4ttre samvete iallafall. Det blev chokladbollar utan socker, sm\u00f6r osv.. Dom smakar verkligen som vanliga chokladbollar, verkligen j\u00e4ttegoda! Nu h\u00f6ftade jag ihop receptet men ungef\u00e4r s\u00e5h\u00e4r ser det ut:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2 dl naturella cashewn\u00f6tter<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ca 10 urk\u00e4rnade dadlar<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2 msk kokosolja<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 dl kakao<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; n\u00e5gra matskedar havregryn<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; lite kaffe ( jag tog vatten ist\u00e4llet den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; kokos att rulla i.<\/p>\n<p>mixa cashewn\u00f6tterna till grovt mj\u00f6l. tills\u00e4tt dadlarna och mixa ihop det med n\u00f6tterna. Tills\u00e4tt allt det andra ingredienserna och mixa ihop allt. Om det blir f\u00f6r smetigt s\u00e5 ta mer havregryn eller n\u00f6tter, om det blir f\u00f6r torrt s\u00e5 lite mer vatten. Rulla bollar i kokos och tada!! nyttigare kv\u00e4llsmys. Nu ska vi hugga in p\u00e5 dom h\u00e4r hemma. Natt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Halloj!
