Kroppen b\u00f6rjar, sakta men s\u00e4kert, att \u00e5terg\u00e5 till det normala. Idag har jag tyv\u00e4rr haft k\u00e4nningar i kn\u00e4et. Fast har man sprungit ett maraton p\u00e5 asfalt s\u00e5 \u00e4r det v\u00e4l inte s\u00e5 d\u00e4r j\u00e4tte konstigt. Hoppas dock att kroppen \u00e5terh\u00e4mtar sig snabbt s\u00e5 att jag kan b\u00f6rja springa igen! Jag anm\u00e4lde mig till Sthlm halvmaraton som g\u00e5r av stapeln i september, ska f\u00f6lja ett tr\u00e4ningsprogram och hoppas jag klarar loppet strax under 2 h. Att ha ett lopp att tr\u00e4na inf\u00f6r \u00e4r ett bra s\u00e4tt att h\u00e5lla motivationen uppe. Det g\u00e5r ej att beskriva den k\u00e4nslan jag hade under maraton loppet &#8211; Den var <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">underbar<\/span>. Visst, det k\u00e4ndes \u00e4ven motigt, men i det stora hela s\u00e5 k\u00e4nde jag ett enormt <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">lyckorus<\/span>.
