Trots att regnet stod som sp\u00f6n i backen&#8230; Men vadd\u00e5?! Det finns inga d\u00e5liga v\u00e4der, endast d\u00e5liga kl\u00e4der&#8230; S\u00e5\u00e5, skyll ALDRIG p\u00e5 v\u00e4dret \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n<p>Benen b\u00f6rjar k\u00e4nnas normala igen. V\u00e5gar inte riktigt trycka p\u00e5 som vanligt \u00e4nnu &#8211; i risk f\u00f6r att dra p\u00e5 mig n\u00e5gon skada.&nbsp; N\u00e4sta vecka ska jag i alla fall b\u00f6rja k\u00f6ra lite l\u00e4ngre pass &#8211; 10-15 km. Om tre veckor kanske jag kan k\u00f6ra mitt f\u00f6rsta l\u00e5ngpass igen, dock max 20-22 km. F\u00e5r se hur det k\u00e4nns. Jag har i alla fall t\u00e4nkt b\u00f6rja springa snabbare. Mitt m\u00e5l \u00e4r ju att klara halvmaran p\u00e5 1:50, s\u00e5 de g\u00e4ller att h\u00f6ja tempot. Efter marathon tr\u00e4ningen s\u00e5 \u00e4r musklerna en aning &#8221;l\u00e5ngsamma&#8221;, k\u00e4nns det som. Det g\u00e4ller att bli mer explosiv, dvs. b\u00f6rja k\u00f6ra mera intervall tr\u00e4ning. Ser framemot en h\u00e4rlig sommar med mycket l\u00f6pning \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Nu ska jag packa f\u00f6r en vecka p\u00e5 sj\u00f6n.
