Inga m&aring;sten. Imorse var jag p&aring; CrossFit igen. Om jag tyckte att f&ouml;rra veckans CrossFit var jobbig d&aring; var detta pass rena rama d&ouml;den&#8230; Man k&auml;nner verkligen att man lever. Men jag ska bli stark och uth&aring;llig s&aring; det g&auml;ller bara att k&auml;mpa \ud83d\ude42 Och k&auml;mpa!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier; font-size: small;\">Imorgon st&aring;r det 12 km l&ouml;pning p&aring; 72 minuter p&aring; schemat, dvs ett lugnt l&aring;ngpass. Okej, nu &auml;r v&auml;l inte 12 km ett riktigt l&aring;ngpass men det g&auml;ller att trappa upp f&ouml;rsiktigt. Har ju bara k&ouml;rt kortare pass p&aring; mellan 5-8 km i h&ouml;st s&aring; det g&auml;ller att komma tillbaka till l&aring;ngpassen sakta men s&auml;kert&#8230; Har laddat med en massa ny musik s&aring; ser framemot de d&auml;r 2-3 timmars rundorna l&auml;ngre fram. Men som sagt, nu blir det l&ouml;rdagsmys i b&auml;sta s&auml;llskap.
