B&ouml;rjade i lugnt 6 minuters tempo f&ouml;r att sedan &ouml;ka p&aring; till 5.40 tempo (vilket f&ouml;r &ouml;vrigt kommer att bli mitt marathon tempo &#8211; om jag ska ta mig igenom loppet p&aring; 4 timmar). De sista 5 km sprang jag i 5.20\/5.0 tempo f&ouml;r att avsluta p&aring; 4.48 tempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier; font-size: small;\">Om jag j&auml;mf&ouml;r med de tidigare l&aring;ngpassen s&aring; k&auml;nde jag mig idag klart piggare efter avslutat tr&auml;ningspass. Sju veckor av marathon tr&auml;ningen b&ouml;rjar ge resultat. Men jag har som sagt en bra bit kvar. 19 veckor &aring;terst&aring;r, vilket betyder att jag har m&aring;nga tuffa tr&auml;ningspass att se fram emot.
