Det satte fint! Det finns som sagt inga genv&auml;gar till en v&auml;ltr&auml;nad, stark och uth&aring;llig kropp. Det &auml;r bara att k&auml;mpa. Antingen p&aring; gymmet, i skogen, i skidsp&aring;ret eller n&aring;gon annan plats d&auml;r svetten rinner. H&aring;rt arbete ger utdelning. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier; font-size: small;\">Nu har jag pysslat med en massa papper, intyg och ans&ouml;kningar. S&aring; mycket f&ouml;r min lediga dag&#8230; &Auml;nd&aring; &auml;r jag glad f&ouml;r nu ska jag h&auml;mta ut min nya leksak p&aring; posten!!! &Auml;ntligen &auml;r den h&auml;r \ud83d\ude42 Min nya pulsklocka.
