Det blev en smoothie med \u00e4rtproteinpulver. Tog en 75 minuters powerwalk innan. Vilken frisk luft det var d\u00e4r ute idag. I alla fall p\u00e5 Liding\u00f6 \ud83d\ude42 Nu ska jag ta tag i denna dag!
