Tr\u00f6tt och tung p\u00e5 n\u00e5got vis. K\u00e4nner sig inte hungrig heller.&nbsp;Bara t\u00f6rstig! Kan dricka hur mycket vatten som helst.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&nbsp;N\u00e5ja, har bara tv\u00e5 n\u00e4tter kvar. Tid \u00f6ver att planera ett och annat har man iallafall \ud83d\ude42 M\u00e5ste f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka planera mitt tr\u00e4ningsschema&#8230; Jag har snarare problem med f\u00f6r mycket av en och samma tr\u00e4ningsform; l\u00f6pning.&nbsp;Jag vill absolut inte dra p\u00e5 mig n\u00e5gon skada eller \u00f6verbelasta kroppen\/musklerna. I detta fall \u00e4r det&nbsp;kn\u00e4na och h\u00f6fterna som f\u00e5r ta mest stryk. M\u00e5ste p\u00e5minna mig sj\u00e4lv om att det \u00e4r viktigt med VILAN. S\u00e5 att kroppen hinner \u00e5terh\u00e4mta sig. Meen, det fungerar lite som en drog. Endorfin kicken man f\u00e5r utav tr\u00e4ningen. Vill bara ha mer och mer \ud83d\ude42&nbsp;Kan v\u00e4l vara glad f\u00f6r att det inte \u00e4r ciggen eller flaskan som lockar&#8230; Hehehe.
