Tog en 1 timmes yoga klass nu p\u00e5 morgonen. Mellan 7 och 8. K\u00e4ndes hur sk\u00f6nt som helst! Inte kanske d\u00e5 klockan ringde 05.30 dock, men nu k\u00e4nns det lovely! <\/p>\n<p>Sprang mitt f\u00f6rsta 2 milapass ig\u00e5r. Och det k\u00e4nns. But I made it \ud83d\ude42 \u00c4r r\u00e4tt s\u00e5 stolt \u00f6ver mig sj\u00e4lv faktiskt. Resten av dagen ska jag vila fr\u00e5n tr\u00e4ningen. Tror i alla fall att det \u00e4r bra att kombinera l\u00f6ptr\u00e4ning med yoga. Man blir s\u00e5 stel i kroppen utav l\u00f6pningen, men yogan g\u00f6r en smidig och vig. Jag har ju ett f\u00f6rflutet inom rytmisk sport gymnastik s\u00e5 r\u00e4tt vig \u00e4r jag ju fortfarande \ud83d\ude09 Fast s\u00e5 vig som jag var d\u00e5 jag var mellan 15-18 \u00e5r blir jag nog aldrig igen!
