Sm&auml;lt matfettet och r&ouml;r ner det i smulorna. Tryck ut smulblandningen i en form med l&ouml;stagbar kant. Vispa samman osten med &auml;gg och socker till en sl&auml;t smet. Bryt chokladen i mindre bitar och sm&auml;lt den i vattenbad eller i mikron. R&ouml;r ner ca 1 dl av ostmassan i chokladen under kraftig vispning.
