On Saturday we were invited for lunch at Domingo’s house. They had everything Spanish on the table you can imagine! Everything from the famous ’pig leg’, to their own version of paella with pasta and lots of little ’snaps’ afterwards. Domingo is a sailor and brings lots of things from his trips. Being in his house is an international experience indeed:) Enjoyable and hopefully we’ll get an opportunity very soon to return the favour and invite everyone to our house for Swedish food… Dunno if Swedish meatballs will impress the crowd but for sure there’s something I can find that would be nice to serve:) Although I must say… it’ll be hard to beat that lunch… everything was incredible. It’s the first time I’ve seen it but a very useful thing since red wine stains aren’t the easiest to get rid off! Of course I had to take pics of it for ya;) He he.
