Ett stort grattis till min PT Randy som gifte sig igår på Turks and Caicos. Jag skulle egentligen ha varit där men av flera olika anledningar kunde jag inte åka. Var nog tur det för så sjuk som jag varit sista veckan hade det inte alls varit kul på resande fot!
Har tänkt att åka på en kryssning i Karibien i sommar, eller i slutet av sommaren istället. Saknar vita stränder…

Randy, you have made a HUGE difference in my life under these 3 years I now have known you. A change to the better both physically and mentally!
I have learn so much from you. How to burn calories the right way, what to eat and what not to eat. But more importantly you have taught me how to believe in myself, to be a fighter and a winner, to keep my head up high and always have a positive attitude.
