Jeg er altid skeptisk for nye helseprodukter der lover øjeblikkelige resultater, når det desuden er produkter der kan lindre på problemer som stress, smerte eller hjælper på vægtregulering slår mine alarm knapper ud i fuld blæsekor… Så når jeg hørte om akupressur plastre der kunne det hele, var jeg mindst sagt skeptisk. Selvom Beckham og andre sportsstjerner bruger dem…
Da jeg selv brugt 4 1/2 år på en akupunktur uddannelse ved jeg efterhånden hvordan energiterapi fungerer og hvordan vores kroppe påvirkes af energi og frekvenser er jo mit ekspertise område. At der nu kommet akupressurplastre der kunne noget af det samme uden nåle og man selv kunne behandle sig med, lød jo for godt for være sandt.
Nu må dog tilstå at jeg er overbevist om at de virker utroligt effektivt, har fjernet min dårlige akillessene, tog holdet i nakken på kæresten, fået kusinens man til at sove uden at snorke, fået galop heste med smerter at løbe rundt ( der kan man jo udelukke placebo…) veninder smider kilos og får mere energi, cykelrytter vennen kører hurtigere og med mindre mælkesyre, en lægeveninde har efter en bilulykke hvor hun fået stærke smerte, sove og hjertemediciner – stoppet med alt og bruger kun plastre. Nu er også privathospitaler, smerteklinikker, fysioklinikker taget dem ind som supplement til behandlingerne.
Det gør mig glad at alternative behandlinger som akupunktur, zoneterapi, akupressur og nu plastre efter samme princip bliver anderkendt – tænk for 10 års siden var behandling med nåle noget ”humbug”, nu giver hver tredje læge akupunktur!
