STÆRK & FRISK EFTERÅRS DRINK
Nu nærmer sig efteråret og jeg har brug for en styrkende drik der både renser ud og styrker – jeg var i N.Y sidste vinter og under mit besøg på Roberts De Niro´s Greenwich Hotel and spa, fik jeg denne fantastiske drik. Den minder mig om sommer og passer perfekt at kick-starte vores sunde efterår med! Lav en kande og tag en shot hver dag…
GINGER SLUSH
Vidun
derlig friskhed af ingefær og agurk – kan også pimpes op med en skvæt proseco/cava, hvis det skal være lidt fest;-) Ingefær virker varmende og stimulerende og agurk kølende i kroppen – så heropnås fuldkommen balance.
Til en kande:
Du skal bruge: stavmikser eller blænder
- 2-3 cm ingefær (skrællet – hvis man bruger stavblender, må man også rive ingefæren først)
- ½ agurk (vasket)
- 3 spk. Sødt ( birkesød, lys sirup, acavesirup eller flydende honning) Man må smage lidt til hvis man vil have den sødere.
- ¼ lime eller citron
- Boble vand
Mynte til pynt
Kom alt undtaget boblevandet og mynte i en blænder og miks.
Hæld op i glas, ca. 3 cm., og fyld på med dansk vand, isterninger, samt pynt med mynte.Hvis man vil have den som drink, sig frugtkødet væk og byt halvdelen af dansk vandet ud med proseco/cava.
Ingefær siges have en gavnlig effekt på fordøjelsen, immunforsvaret, og virker antiseptisk i kroppen. Agurk består af 96% vand, Planten selv drikker selv ca. 1 liter vand om dagen og optager gode mineraler – vand i frugt og grønt har en anden molekylestruktur end almindeligt vand og er derfor optages nemmere i kroppen.
